From Chairperson’s Desk I am pleased to learn that Bhaskar Degree College Udhampur is entering in its 9 th academic session. I welcome all the students who are being admitted in this college. I have envisioned this college not only fulfilling the academic needs but also to become front runner by creating human resource who can bring desirable change in the society & the faculty is making its efforts in achieving the desired targets. The college is following the ideals of integrated learning by giving opportunities to the students to develop their personality through different extracurricular activities.
