Dear Students and Parents, It is with great pleasure that I extend my warmest welcome to you to Bhaskar Degree College, Udhampur.

I firmly believe that the roots of a creative and progressive society lie in a strong education system. The impressive results of previous years stand as a testimony to the excellence we have achieved so far.

Our efforts are aimed at nurturing and leveraging the intellectual as well as emotional capabilities of our vibrant student community through a free and spirited exchange of ideas. We strive to create an academic environment that celebrates the ideals of Inclusivity in diversity, acceptance, and freedom.

At BDC, we not only teach the university curriculum but also train students to remain sensitive to social responsibilities and ethical values, so that they respond to those around them with utmost care and kindness.
